Camp Freddy just completed a whirlwind trip across the country that started in Santa Monica, CA, visited New York City, and ended in Austin, TX. The band played last Thursday at a charity event for the Guggenheim Partners at The House Of Rock in Santa Monica. The performance was ‘unplugged’ and the 1000 strong audience was treated to guest appearances including Mark McGrath, Chester Bennington and Billy Idol. The next day, the band flew to New York for a weekend performance at The Bowery Ballroom in New York. Robin Zander and David Draiman were among the guests for that show. And finally, Camp Freddy performed in Austin at the Dell World Event, bringing a full hour and a half show to Austin City Limits, that featured Fred Durst, Perry Farrell, Sully Erna, and both Mike Shinoda and Chester Bennington from Linkin Park.
